Buca Osteria & Enoteca opened in 2009 and since then Chef Director Rob Gentile has been internationally celebrated for Buca's locally sourced, constantly changing menu. Ingredients are seasonal and source specific where the “nose to tail” philosophy of cooking is embraced. Guests are drawn to return for the warm hospitality and artisanal fare, including famed house-cured meats, pizza, and pasta, inspired by the classic traditions of Italy with a contemporary culinary touch.
